Before LemusART commences any work you must agree to the following terms and conditions.

Quotes

All quotes given to prospective clients are valid for thirty days from date issued unless otherwise stated. If the requirements change to that quoted, then notice must be given before work starts. If notice is not given then quote may be voided. Any changes will be based on the rates quoted though.

Service

LemusART reserves the right to refuse service if they believe it may infringe copyright laws or cause harm to others. Any material to be published, either by LemusART or client, must be their own or used with written permission. LemusART takes no responsibility for content provided by clients. Failure to comply may result in termination of service without notice. New Zealand copyright law applies.

Hosting

As well as following the service terms, clients using one of LemusART’s hosting plans must abide to the following. Hosting will not be used for any illegal activities according to NZ law. We provide hosting from a secure Christchurch server but high use websites may be moved to an overseas server subject to an agreement between LemusART and their client.

Payment

LemusART accepts Bank Transfer, Cheque and Cash as methods of payment. Payment must be made within twenty days of bill date unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand by both parties. Before any work begins client must pay a deposit. Usually this would be 50% but may differ depending on size of job.
